Mr. Vikas Dua embarked on a real estate journey with government projects across UP, Punjab, and IGI Airport, building a strong foundation in execution.
Mr. Dua entered the luxury segment, and the group expanded with the launch of Oxirich Indirapuram.
Mr. Amarjeet Dhillon acquired a piece of land in the heart of Dwarka Expressway, and brought in Mr. Vikas Dua and Mr. Pankaj Hans as partners to develop what would become the group's ultra-luxury flagship project.
Around this time, Mr. Vikas Dua had the opportunity to meet the world-renowned Jain spiritual
leader Prashant Sagar Ji Maharaj, who blessed him with the name 'Chintamanis.' which soon
evolved from being just a project name into a corporate brand.
Mr. Amarjeet Dhillon, in partnership with Mr. Vikas dua and Mr. Pankaj Hans launched their ultra luxury Project, Chintamanis– Phase 1, in the heart of Dwarka Expressway.
North Avenue was conceived and launched by Mr. Amarjeet Dhillon, marking the group's strategic entry into plotted developments with Mr. Vikas Dua as a partner to further diversify the Chintamanis portfolio.
