At the heart of this project is the vision of three partners: Mr. Vikas Dua, Mr. Amarjeet Dhillon, and Mr. Pankaj Hans.

Mr. Vikas Dua began his journey through government projects across UP, Punjab, and the IGI Airport, building a strong foundation in project execution.
In 2006, Mr. Dua founded Oxirich Group, marking the beginning of his journey in real estate development & went on to launch projects across Punjab and Rajasthan.
Mr. Dua entered the luxury segment, and the group expanded with the launch of Oxirich Indirapuram.

Mr. Dua introduced several developments as the portfolio continued to grow.
Then came the time for this remarkable trio partnership for the project Chintamanis.
Mr. Amarjeet Dhillon, Mr. Vikas Dua and Mr. Pankaj Hans partnered to develop what would
become their ultra-luxury flagship project.
Around this time, Mr. Vikas Dua had the opportunity to meet the world-renowned Jain
spiritual leader Shri Prashant Sagar Ji Maharaj, who blessed the project with the name
“Chintamanis” and shared that this auspicious name would bring good luck and prosperity
to the project.
Chintamanis draws its name from the mythical wish-fulfilling jewel of the gods, a timeless
symbol of prosperity, aspiration, and elevated living.
In May 2023, Mr. Amarjeet Dhillon, Mr. Vikas Dua and Mr. Pankaj Hans launched Chintamanis Phase 1, spread across 4.18 acres in the heart of Dwarka Expressway.
Chintamanis Phase 1 received an overwhelming response and was successfully sold out.
In August 2025, another project emerged from this partnership, with Mr. Amarjeet Dhillon
and Mr. Vikas Dua launching North Avenue, marking a strategic entry into plotted
developments.
Within a month's time, the project was sold out.
With immense love and support for Chintamanis Phase 1, Mr. Dhillon, Mr. Dua, and Mr.
Hans came together once again to introduce Chintamanis Phase 2 — an ambitious leap
into 7-star luxury resort living.
Spanning across 9.3 acres, Chintamanis Phase 2 is an ambitious waterfront residential
development that represents the next chapter in the journey of the project, bringing together
greater scale, elevated design, and an enhanced vision of luxury living.
