The Beginning

Mr. Vikas Dua embarked on a real estate journey with government projects across UP, Punjab, and IGI Airport, building a strong foundation in execution.

From Oxirich to Chintamanis

Mr. Dua had the opportunity to meet the world-renowned Jain spiritual leader Prashant Sagar Ji Maharaj, who blessed him with the name “Chintamanis”.

Inspired by Maharaj Ji’s teachings, Mr. Dua adopted the name for his next real estate venture, which soon evolved from being just a project name into a corporate brand.
